We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to love what you get.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items, If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Just contact us within [14] days of delivery at info@EliteBloodlines.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (and the printed label/packaging if relevant)

Once we confirm it, we'll ship a replacement or issue your refund once we receive your return. All items must be unworn with all original tags.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages For packages marked delivered but not received, or lost in transit, please see our Shipping Policy or contact us — we'll help track it down.
