Shipping policy
Every Elite Bloodlines we take pride in preparing your order, please allow 2–5. business days to prepare, pack, and ship your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $80 (U.S.).
- Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $[7.99], calculated at checkout.
- Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates (after processing)
- United States: [3–7] business days
- Canada: [7–14] business days
- International: [10–20] business days
Total time = processing time + shipping time. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during high-volume drops, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages Once an order leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@EliteBloodlines.com and we'll work with you to make it right.
International Orders — Customs & Duties International customers may be responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
